Launching YouTrack TSP Helpdesk System
Hi all,
We are excited to introduce the YouTrack TSP Helpdesk System, a tool that will streamline our Ops, HR and IT support requests, ensuring a more efficient process for resolving employee inquiries.

IMPORTANT: To access YouTrack you must first connect to the TSP_Common VPN here .
We will be transitioning away from the existing channels such as Google Chat and Gmail for submitting inquiries and issues. The YouTrack TSP Helpdesk System will now be our only platform for all Ops/HR/IT-related requests.
