We would like to inform you of an important change regarding sick leave arrangement, effective immediately.

What’s Changing:

• Old Calculation: Sick leave was prorated based on your joining anniversary date.
• New Calculation: Sick leave will now follow the calendar year (e.g., 2024/2025), aligning it with our current annual leave calculation.

Potential Impact:

• You may notice a change in your sick leave balance in Zoho.
• If the balance shows a negative value, there’ll be no salary deduction for past sick leave. However, any further sick leave taken in 2024 while in negative will be treated as unpaid leave.

Note: This change does not affect interns in credit-bearing internships.
