Communications

At TSP, we use Google Chat for daily communication. While we understand that you may not be able to respond on Google Chat immediately at all times, we generally do expect you to respond within the hour. 

This is because we have multiple members working remotely on projects that may require immediate attention. We cannot stress the importance of communication enough because we have a diverse spread of members across regions. 

Additionally, you might be required to submit daily reports to

tsp-dailyupdates@thesoftwarepractice.com .

The daily reports should include the following: 

Subject: Daily Update [dd/mm/yy] 

Content 

  • what was done for the day
  • problems encountered 
  • plan action for the next day  

This report primarily aims to ensure that everyone on the team is on the same page and that any individual issues faced can be promptly addressed.
