Medical Confidentiality Guideline

A couple of things to take note of when your team members are away due to medical reasons#

❌ DO NOT ask them for the details of their medical conditions, diagnosis or treatments. Their Medical Certificates are sufficient for the application of sick leave or hospitalization leave.

✅ DO keep the info confidential if they voluntarily choose to share their medical conditions, diagnosis or treatments with you.

✅ ALWAYS express your concern and check if they are alright, before asking when they return to work or who should help with their work when they are away due to medical reasons.
