Medical Benefits (SG)
The Medical Benefits consist of 2 components:
1. Hospital and Surgical Insurance via HSBC Life
- Coverage: SGD 100,000 per year
- Details of the HSBC Life Hospital and Surgical Insurance (Plan 2, Option 3) can be found here:
- For scheduled treatment or admission to the hospital, you will need to submit the Letter of Guarantee (LOG) and supporting documents at least 5 working days in advance.
- Kindly refer to the instruction in this file How to request for Letter of Guarantee and you can download this LOG Form
2. General Practitioner (GP) Visits via Alliance iCARE App
- Coverage: SGD 100 per year (prorated for new hires)
- Discounted consultation rates (between 35%-74%)
- Inclusive of tele-consultation via HeyAlly (within the iCARE app)
- Only for GP under Alliance panel (do check out via the Alliance iCARE app)

Important Note:
For tele-consultation via HeyAlly, please access this app within the Alliance iCARE app. DO NOT access HeyAlly app for the general public, as this app is not linked to your Alliance accounts
