For Email Contents#

• Ensure that attachments that are marked as “confidential” that contain information such as Personal Data are password protection

  • For Security Clearance Forms with personal data, the following must be included in the email body

  By submitting the personal data of the above employees of The Software Practice Pte Ltd, the authorised representative (the “sender”) confirms his/her understanding and the above employees’ understanding of the Data Protection Notice for Employees , and that the sender has obtained their consent for the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal data mainly for the purpose of processing their security clearance in the manner described in the said Notice. The authorised representative also declares that the information provided above are true, correct and complete to the best of his/her knowledge.
