Procedure for Course Approvals
- For courses that are in the pre-approved list, you may proceed to take the course and submit for reimbursement* via YouTrack Helpdesk
*NOTE
ONLY those that pass the course are eliigible for reimbursement.
- For courses that are not in the pre-approved course list, please submit course approval request via YouTrack Helpdesk
- Submit Request with the following details included:
- Name of Course:
- URL Link of Course:
- Total Cost (Incl. of Exam fee and/or taxes):
- Reason for taking Course:
- Submit Request with the following details included:
- Once approval has been given, proceed to complete course.
- Submit new YouTrack Helpdesk ticket for reimbursement*
